EULA - End User License Agreement

1. Anyone may use this software for a test period of 7 days. Following the conclusion of those 7 days if you wish to continue using Ads Killer you MUST register.

2. The unregistered trial version of Ads Killer may be freely distributed with the exceptions noted below provided the distribution package is not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of Ads Killer without written permission from the copyright holder. Ads Killer unregistered trial version may not be bundled or distributed with any other package without written permission of the copyright holder.

3. Ads Killer is distributed “as is.” No warranty of any kind is expressed or implied. Use the program at your own risk. The author is not liable for data loss, damages, loss of profits or any other loss you may incur while using or misusing the software.

4. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

5. Installing and using Ads Killer signifies your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this license. If you do not agree with the terms of this license then you must remove Ads Killer files from your storage device(s) and cease to use the product.

6. After the program installs it will be added to the start menu and a shortcut will be placed on your desktop for easy access.

7. Every time you start or restart your computer Ads Killer will load automatically to protect your browsing. If you’re using the trail version small pop ups will remind you when it is scheduled to end. These noticed will continue until the trial has ended or you have purchased the software.

8. Ads Killer works with Internet Explorer, Firefox 3+ and Opera. During the trial period you will see Ads Killer text where the advertisements were. This will continue until the software has been purchased.

9. The license you purchase can only be used on one computer. If you share your activation code with anyone your license will be blocked and you will be unable to use it. If your license hasn’t expired - like if you bought the lifetime license - and you want to use it on another computer you need to contact customer support from the email address you provided on the billing page during the buying process.

10. Every time Ads Killer runs - usually on startup - the software will autocheck for updates to ensure you have the most recent ad killing information. The updates will be installed automatically before the program starts.

11. If you want Ads Killer and your browser to function properly you should exit the program via the quit button or uninstall it. If it has stopped working due to an error you should reload it and quit properly. If you don’t the settings might not be working properly and your browser will not work as it should.
